1. About Daily TeacherTools

Daily TeacherTools is an online classroom-tool platform operated by TrackEDU Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17216557.

In these Terms, “Daily TeacherTools”, “TrackEDU”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TrackEDU Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the platform or purchasing a subscription.

By creating an account, using the platform or purchasing Teacher Plus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Who may use the platform

Daily TeacherTools is intended primarily for teachers and education professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid subscription.

Teacher accounts are for individual use. You must not share your login details with another person or allow several teachers to use one individual subscription.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Free accounts

A free account provides access to the free features shown on the platform at the time of use. Free features may include limits on saved classes, student numbers, storage, activities or advanced functions.

We may add, remove or change free features where reasonably necessary, but we will not convert a free account into a paid subscription without your active agreement.

4. Teacher Plus free trial

Eligible users may activate a seven-day Teacher Plus trial. The trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

A paid subscription begins only when you actively complete Stripe checkout and authorise payment.

We may limit free trials to one per person, account, email address, household, organisation or payment customer where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse.

5. Teacher Plus pricing and payment

Teacher Plus is an annual subscription. The price shown on the website may be presented as a monthly equivalent, but the full annual amount is charged at checkout.

Current launch price: US$83.88 per year, equivalent to US$6.99 per month. Stripe may show and charge an equivalent local-currency amount at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Available currencies and payment methods may depend on your location and Stripe’s systems.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method remains valid.

6. Automatic renewal

Teacher Plus renews automatically every year unless you cancel renewal before the next billing date.

Stripe may send billing, renewal, payment-failure or receipt notifications using the email address connected to your Stripe customer record.

We may change the subscription price for a future renewal. Where required, we will provide advance notice before the new price takes effect. A price change will not alter a billing period that has already been paid for.

7. Cancelling renewal

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain Teacher Plus access until that date and will not be charged for the following year.

Cancelling renewal does not normally create an automatic refund for the current paid year.

Before the end of the paid period, you may be able to reactivate the subscription through Stripe.

8. Cooling-off rights and refunds

Depending on where you live and whether you are acting as a consumer, you may have a legal cooling-off or cancellation right after entering an online contract. For UK consumer contracts, this is commonly a 14-day period, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions.

If you ask us to begin providing Teacher Plus immediately during a statutory cancellation period, applicable law may allow us to deduct a proportionate amount for the service already supplied.

Outside any mandatory legal right, payments already made are not normally refundable. We may provide a full or partial refund where:

  • a duplicate or clearly incorrect payment was taken;
  • Teacher Plus was materially faulty or not as described;
  • we were unable to provide the paid service for a substantial period;
  • applicable law requires a refund; or
  • we decide that exceptional circumstances justify one.

Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces your statutory consumer rights.

9. Failed and disputed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and contact you. We may restrict or suspend Teacher Plus access if payment remains unpaid.

You should contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent, abusive or knowingly false payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination.

10. What happens when Teacher Plus ends

When a paid period ends, your account may return to the free plan. Features beyond the free-plan limits may become unavailable or read-only.

We will not intentionally delete saved classes solely because a subscription ends. However, access to additional classes, premium activities, advanced saving and other Teacher Plus functions may remain locked until you resubscribe.

11. Classroom data and student information

You must only enter student information that you are authorised to use for legitimate educational purposes.

You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information. Daily TeacherTools is not intended to store medical records, safeguarding records, assessment records or other highly sensitive student data.

You are responsible for complying with your school’s policies and any legal requirements that apply to your use of student information.

Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy .

12. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • share, sell, rent or transfer your account;
  • attempt to bypass plan limits, payment controls or access restrictions;
  • use the platform for unlawful, harmful, abusive or discriminatory purposes;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user’s data or account;
  • copy, scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the platform for a competing service;
  • misrepresent your identity or payment status; or
  • use live participation features in a way that exposes pupils to inappropriate content.

13. Live participation features

Some Teacher Plus tools may allow students to submit responses through a code, link or classroom device.

The teacher remains responsible for supervising the activity, choosing suitable questions, reviewing submissions and responding to inappropriate content.

Students must not use live participation features to submit personal, harmful, illegal or abusive content.

14. Intellectual property

The platform, interface, branding, code, original activities, written content and other materials are owned by TrackEDU Ltd or used under licence.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Daily TeacherTools for lawful classroom and teaching purposes while your account remains active.

You retain ownership of content you create or enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content so that we can provide the service.

15. Third-party services

Daily TeacherTools may rely on third-party services such as Stripe, Firebase, hosting providers, email providers, video platforms or analytics services.

Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

16. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Daily TeacherTools available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Maintenance, software updates, internet failures, school network restrictions, third-party outages and other events may temporarily affect availability.

We may improve, replace, add or remove features. Where a change materially reduces a paid service, we will act reasonably and comply with applicable law.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, payment abuse, serious misuse, unlawful activity, a security risk or a material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

You may stop using the free platform at any time. Closing your Daily TeacherTools account does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription, so you must also cancel renewal through the customer portal or contact us.

18. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, Daily TeacherTools is provided for classroom support and is not a substitute for professional teaching judgement, safeguarding procedures, school policy or direct supervision.

We are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including school internet failure, device failure, projector failure, browser incompatibility or third-party service outages.

If you use Daily TeacherTools for business or professional purposes, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, pricing, law, security requirements or business operations.

The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects paid users, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights available under the laws of your country of residence.
